2)     Review Capital Improvement Budget – 2005 to 2009 

·        City-at-large projects

·        City Share of County-wide Sales Tax projects

·        Stormwater projects

 

3)     Debt Review  Debt Levy Projections

 

4)     Outside Agency Funding Requests – provide direction on levels of funding for the following, per review and recommendations from City Commission committee:

·        General Operating Fund supported requests - discretionary

 

5)     Receive report and information regarding fund balances and projections for the following funds:   Budget Projections

·        General Fund

·        Library

·        Public Transit

·        Recreation

·        Bond and Interest

 

6)     Provide direction regarding any City Commission initiated program improvements to be researched or included in budget proposal.
