The Board of Commissioners of the City of Lawrence met in a reconvened session at approximately 10:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall with Mayor Hack presiding and members Dunfield, Rundle, Henry and Kennedy present. 

Moved by Kennedy, seconded by Henry, to recess into an executive session for an indefinite period of time for evaluation of the City Manager.  Motion carried unanimously.

Upon returning from executive session, it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Henry, to increase the City Manager’s base salary by 2.5%, effective July 1, 2002.  Aye: Dunfield, Hack, Henry, and Kennedy.  Nay: Rundle.  Motion carried.

Moved by Kennedy, seconded by Rundle, to adjourn at 11:45 a.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
