The Board of Commissioners of the City of Lawrence met in a reconvened session at 3:00 p.m., in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall with Mayor Rundle presiding and members Dunfield, Hack, Henry and Kennedy present. 

Moved by Kennedy, seconded by Hack, to recess into an executive session for an indefinite period of time for evaluation of the City Manager.  Motion carried unanimously.

Upon returning from executive session, it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Henry, to increase the City Manager’s base salary by 3% and increase the City Manager’s deferred compensation paid by the City by 3%.  Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Kennedy, seconded by Dunfield, to adjourn at 5:25 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
