The Board of Commissioners of the City of Lawrence met in a reconvened session at 11:22 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall with Mayor Henry presiding and members Dunfield and Rundle present.  Kennedy and Hodges joined the meeting at 11:30.

Moved by Rundle, seconded by Dunfield, to recess into an executive session for 1 ½ hours for evaluation of the City Manager.  Motion carried unanimously.

Upon returning from executive session, it was moved by Hodges, seconded by Kennedy, to set the City Manager’s salary at $108,150.00 and an increase of $1,000.00 deferred compensation paid by the City for a total compensation package of $124,350.00.  Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Hodges, seconded by Kennedy, to adjourn at 12:35 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
