1. Review and approve the minutes of the Traffic Safety Commission meeting, January 12, 2004.
2. Consider proposal to establish NO PARKING along the south side of 25th Street between Cedarwood Avenue and Ridge Court and to permit parking along the north side of the street.
3. Receive presentation on the proposed requirements for "Transportation Impact Studies" and "Access Management Guidelines."
