1. Review and approve the minutes of the Traffic Safety Commission meeting, October 6, 2003.
2. Consider request from Donna Mathena-Menke, Lawrence Funeral Chapel, 3821 W. 6th Street, to establish NO PARKING along one side of 7th Street between Comet Lane and Monterey Way.
3. Consider request to establish an ADULT CROSSING GUARD at Kennedy Elementary School for the school crossing on the south leg of the intersection of Davis Road & Harper Street.
4. Consider request from Betty Scribner, 4821 Quail Crest Place, to establish NO PARKING along one side of Quail Crest Place.
