1. Review and approve the minutes of the Traffic Safety Commission meeting, April 21, 2003.
2. Consider proposal to reconstruct Goldleaf Place at 15th Street in order to restrict traffic movements.
3. Consider request from Chet Batterman, 3231 W. 9th Street, to establish NO PARKING along both sides of 9th Street between Delaware Street and Holiday Drive.
4. Consider University Place Neighborhood Traffic Calming Plan: A permanent traffic calming circle at 17th (west leg) & Louisiana; a pedestrian refuge island on Louisiana south of 18th (west leg); temporary traffic calming circles on 17th at Indiana and Illinois; and two partial diverters on 18th between Alabama/Maine alley & Missouri.
